The contracted services may be canceled or replaced by other services within a maximum period of 72 hours after doing the down payment (NOT HE SCHEDULED DAY). The cancellation of the service does not refund the enrollment or down payment/ security deposit, paid at the time of scheduling. The deposit amount refers to each service and will be demonstrated during the scheduling process.

 

The remaining amount will only be charged on the starting date of the course or procedure.

If the customer has paid the full amount of the service, it can be refunded within a maximum period of up to 45 working days from the cancellation request. The refund will be made in full by bank transfer or ZELLE after discounting the deposit amount of up to 20% plus payment operator fees of up to 6.99%. In cases of purchases in installments, the fees and interest related to the installment will not be refunded.

If the customer opts for a refund via credit card, the security deposit must be paid in full via PIX so that we can request cancellation of the total amount by the credit card payment operator. Exceptions may apply in specific cases, for more information contact our team directly through the contact page, so that we can assist you in the best possible way.
