Cancellation, Refund, Deposit, and Payment Terms

1. Deposit Policy

• All deposits made at the time of scheduling are non-refundable.

• The deposit secures your appointment and ensures the availability of the contracted service or procedure. The deposit amount will be disclosed during the scheduling process and is applied toward the total cost of the service.

2. Refund Policy for Full Payments

• Clients who pay the full cost of a service may request a refund within 5 calendar days of the payment date.

  • Refunds within this timeframe will exclude the deposit (20%), operational fees (6%), and administrative refund fees (5%).

  • Refunds will be processed within 60 business days from the date of the refund request.

• Refund requests made after the 5-day period are not eligible for a monetary refund. However, the remaining balance, excluding the deposit, may be exchanged for other treatments or products offered by LMS Aesthetic/Leticia Marcelino Medical Camouflage Clinic.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Once a service has commenced, such as the start of a procedure or consultation, all payments become final and non-refundable.

• Clients who miss their scheduled appointments without prior notification will forfeit their deposit, and any additional payments made will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by LMS Aesthetic.

4. Payment Plans

• Payment plans for aesthetic procedures and camouflage tattoo services are governed by separate agreements, which must be signed at the time of enrollment or activation.

• Late or unpaid balances will incur late fees and additional charges as specified in the payment plan agreement.

• Clients who default on payment plans will be responsible for:

  • Legal fees and associated costs for enforcement of the payment agreement.

  • Collection costs and accrued interest on overdue amounts as outlined in the payment terms.

5. Refund Methods

• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Zelle, after deducting applicable fees as outlined in this policy.

• For payments made via credit card, the deposit amount must first be paid in full via PIX before the refund process can be initiated.

• Refunds for installment purchases will exclude all installment-related fees and accrued interest.

6. Additional Conditions

• LMS Aesthetic/Leticia Marcelino Medical Camouflage Clinic reserves the right to enforce these terms fully, and any exceptions to the policy will be evaluated solely at its discretion.

• Clients initiating disputes or legal challenges contrary to these terms may be held liable for all legal fees, including attorney costs and court expenses incurred by LMS Aesthetic.

Disclaimer and Liability Waiver

All services provided by LMS Aesthetic/Leticia Marcelino Medical Camouflage Clinic are aesthetic procedures and treatments. As with any such procedures, results are not guaranteed. While our team applies its expertise and experience to achieve the best possible outcomes, results may vary significantly due to factors including individual behavior, compliance with post-procedure care, underlying health conditions, lifestyle, genetics, and unforeseen bodily or organic reactions. Additionally, each individual’s skin retains and reflects camouflage differently, which further contributes to variability. By undergoing a procedure, the client acknowledges and accepts that results cannot be promised or predicted, and dissatisfaction with outcomes does not entitle the client to financial compensation or refunds.

 

Clients agree that by proceeding with any service offered by LMS Aesthetic, they accept all potential risks associated with aesthetic procedures. These may include, but are not limited to, skin irritation, allergic reactions, pigment retention issues, unforeseen bodily responses, and variability in pigment healing, absorption, and longevity of results. Any information provided during consultations, on the website, or through other means is not intended to replace professional medical advice, and clients are encouraged to consult their healthcare providers to determine their suitability for these procedures.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LMS Aesthetic/Leticia Marcelino Medical Camouflage Clinic, its owners, staff, affiliates, and anyone present on the day of the client’s session, shall not be held liable for dissatisfaction with results, adverse reactions arising from a client’s health conditions or behaviors, or failure to follow post-procedure care instructions. This includes emotional or psychological dissatisfaction following the procedure. No aesthetic procedure can guarantee specific outcomes, and this limitation of liability extends to all claims, including but not limited to breach of contract or negligence, unless prohibited by applicable law.

By scheduling and proceeding with any service, the client explicitly waives their right to initiate any legal action or lawsuit against LMS Aesthetic/Leticia Marcelino Medical Camouflage Clinic, its team, or any individuals present during the client’s session, for dissatisfaction or outcomes related to the procedure. The client acknowledges and agrees that they are fully assuming all risks, including any potential health-related or aesthetic outcomes, even if such occurrences are rare.

By accepting and signing this waiver, the client confirms they have been informed of all risks associated with the procedure and have had the opportunity to ask questions or raise concerns before proceeding. This agreement becomes binding upon acceptance and cannot be revoked after the service has been provided.

In the event of a legal dispute initiated by the client, despite this waiver, LMS Aesthetic reserves the right to defend its interests vigorously, including recovering legal fees, court costs, and damages incurred. This disclaimer and waiver shall serve as a binding legal defense in any jurisdiction. The laws of the location where LMS Aesthetic operates will govern this agreement and any disputes arising from it.
